Queen Bey

from $19.99

This one has been a long time coming.

I originally started this portrait back in 2016 with the intention of simply painting a portrait of one of my favorite icons. And then… I never finished it.

Years later, I took a trip to Washington, DC and found myself completely inspired by the murals throughout the city—the way a portrait could become part of an entire environment, surrounded by architecture, trees, streets, and stories.

When I came home, I knew exactly how I wanted to finish her.

What started as a traditional portrait became a mural-inspired piece, blending a larger-than-life face with an imagined city street, greenery, architecture, and that unmistakable QUEEN BEY energy.

A painting that sat unfinished for years finally found its ending—and honestly, I think it was worth the wait.
